A Jacobus man faces numerous charges after State Police conducted an investigation into several investigations with a knife.
On August 30, an altercation occurred around 7 p.m. at Thaddeus Stevens School of Technology between Christopher Windsor, 20 and an 18-year-old man. Windsor pulled out a knife and held it up to the victim.
For that altercation, Windsor is facing aggravated assault and terroristic threat charges.
Over a month later, one October 8 around 7 p.m., Windsor got into another confrontation with a man and threatened to pull a knife on him. Windsor faces charges of terroristic threats.
Three days later, on October 11, Stevens poked a man in the stomach with a knife. For this incident he faces charges of aggravated assault.
