UPDATE: Second arrest made in robbery and shots fired incident in Lancaster

UPDATE:

Police have arrested a second suspect in an armed robbery.

Paul Pilgrim was arrested the day after the armed robbery on Cherry Street.

On Tuesday, officers issued a warrant for the arrest of Kendell Charles Foster, 20 of Lancaster, for his role.

Shortly after 1130 a.m., officers spotted Foster on North Queen Street. When he saw officers, Foster took off running.

He ran through the back door of a business, right into the arms of an officer that was waiting for the suspect.

Foster was taken to the police station and arraigned on charges. His bail was set at $250,000 and he was placed in Lancaster County Prison.

In Lancaster city, police are searching for a second suspect in an armed robbery.

Officers arrested one of the suspects, Paul Pilgrim Junior for the incident that happened Tuesday night in the area of East Lemon and North Cherry Streets.

The 25-year-old victim told police that two men held him at gunpoint and robbed him.

The victim also says Pilgrim pistol whipped him before firing three shots. Luckily they all missed their target.

"We were just inside watching TV., my family and I, and we heard a couple gunshots and I looked out the window and I seen a man running this way,” explained neighbor Christin Herman. “Then a couple seconds later the cops were all over the area searching for the guy with the weapon."

Anyone with information is asked to call police.
