York City Police are investigating a shooting.
It happened yesterday afternoon around 12:20p.m. in the area of Roosevelt Avenue and Lincoln Streets in the city.
Police say 24-year old Ronald Rhoades was shot twice by an unknown suspect.
There's no word on Rhoades' condition at this time.
Rhoades told police he did not know who shot him.
Police ask anyone with information to come forward.
