From Upper Allen Police:
On November 7, 2012 at 9:50 am, Officers were dispatched to the area of a construction site on South Market Street at US Route 15 for suspicious activity. Pressel was the occupant of a vehicle that was pulled over to the side of the road and he was observed loading metal into the vehicle. The vehicle then left the area and was located a short time earlier at a nearby business where Pressel was searching the dumpster for scrap metal. An investigation determined that Pressel had stolen a metal pipe from the construction site and various pieces of metal from dumpsters in the area. Pressel was arrested and taken to the Cumberland County Prison to be processed on theft charge. Pressel was the occupant of a red Ford Tempo similar to the one pictured above.
