Manheim Borough Police have arrested Beth Nace, 18, of Rheems for child abuse after she admitted to causing injury to her 7 month old daughter.
The 7 month old was taken to Lancaster General Hospital on September 2. It was determined she had an acute distal fracture to her left leg. Experts examined the injury and determined the injury was caused by blunt force trauma and child abuse.
Police questioned Nace, who admitted to causing the injury the the child. She also admitted to police she didn't take the child for treatment of the injury.
On November 8, Nace was arrested in Mount Joy Borough and taken into custody by the Manheim Borough Police Department.
Nace was taken to Lancaster City Central Booking for arraignment.
