New details after police arrested a second suspect in connection to a stabbing in Cumberland County.
It happened Tuesday afternoon around 12:30 in the area of the 300 block of East Fort Street in Shippensburg.
Police arrested 18-year-old Jonathon Smalls early this morning. Police already arrested 21-year-old Paul Rivers.
Officials say the victim, Nicholas Fortenberry, showed up at the police station with a stab wound.
There's no word on a motive but police say the men know each other.
Smalls is in the Cumberland County Prison.
