Lebanon city police are looking for the person, who shot a 23 year old Lebanon man in the face Sunday afternoon.
Police say he was able to drive himself to the hospital, but this isn't the only shooting they're investigating, there was also a report of shots fired overnight.
Some residents say that shootings are becoming far too familiar in the city of Lebanon.
Jessica Marrero, Lebanon Resident:
"Last night we were in our home, it was 2:30 in the morning, our door had got popped open from the fighting and the gunshots and everything that was going on."
She lives a few blocks away from the shooting this afternoon, which happened at the corner of 5th street and Lehman Streets in Lebanon. Police say around 1:00pm, a 23 year old man parked his car and went inside a corner store.
When he went back into his car, another man shot him in the face from the passenger side, where a woman sat. She wasn't hurt. The man drove himself to a hospital.
Police say he was targeted.
Lebanon police are also busy investigating another shooting that happened earlier Sunday morning.
Around 2:30am, shots rang out at a party at the 300 block of North 7th street. No one was hurt.
That's the one Jessica heard.

"They were all over the place and you heard the gunshots going off and everybody was out yelling and carrying on."
Police do not believe the two incidents are related. If you have any information, you are asked to give them a call.
