State Police in Cumberland County are investigating a case of indecent exposure involving children.
Troopers say on November 3, a woman at a home in the 600 block of Burnt House Road in Dickinson Township, showed her breasts and genitalia to two girls, ages 11 and 12, and had a sexually explicit conversation with them.
No word yet on how the woman knows the girls.
