UPDATE:
In York County, York City Police and the U.S. Marshal Task Force arrested Malcolm Bull for the city's latest homicide.
Investigators took Bull into custody for the shooting of Ronald Rhoades earlier this month.
Bull was also wanted for an outstanding warrant on another shooting.

York City Police Detectives have issued an arrest warrant for Malcolm M. Bull, 18, for attempted homicide and firearms violation.
The warrant stems from a shooting attempt that happened on November 5 at the intersection of Roosevelt Ave. and Lincoln Street.
He is also still wanted for questioning for a homicide attempt that happened November 6 near the rear of 448 West Princess Street.
Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Bull are asked to call York City Police at 846-1234.
A reward is being offered for information leading to his arrest.
