Shippensburg Police have arrested 29-year-old Matthew Mitchell in a case of indecent exposure that occurred in June at the McDonald's drive-thru on East King St.
Miychell exposed his genitals at the drive thru window after ordering his food. Mitchell left, then returned to the window saying his order was incomplete, exposing himself again.
Three 17-year-old female employees and a manger witnessed Mitchell's actions.
