Two traveling predators have been arrested and accused of arranging sex with uncover cops who were posing as teen girls online, and one of the men is from York County.
Police say the man from York County worked as an IT guy for Pennsylvania's Criminal Justice Computer Network.
Over the past 48 hours, investigators with the Attorney General's Office arrested two men they call "traveling predators" for arranging to meet teen girls for sex. What they didn't know was the 14 year old girls who they were chatting with online were actually undercover agents.
30 year old Nathaniel Kroninger of Montgomery County used the screen name "nakroni2" while asking to meet the girl for sex saying quote "i'll give you some fun."
47 year old Kenneth Parvis of Hanover, York County used the screen name "regardless 65" he too asked to meet the girl for sex asking her if she'll be his "slave girl."
After his arrest, the Attorney General's office says Parvis was suspended without pay from his $69,000 a year job, as an information technology expert for the Pennsylvania Justice Network known as JNET.
One neighbor says she's seen Parvis and his family outside but didn't know them too well and had no idea he was doing this.
Neighbor:
" It's kind of creepy because I guess you really don't know who your neighbors are but mean I think the internet is just a platform for people to do shady stuff like that."
And experts at the YWCA say when it comes to internet safety and your kids, you can never be too careful.
Rhonda Hendrickson, YWCA of Greater Harrisburg:
"They need to know what their children are doing on the internet, what sites they're visiting. Parents need to monitor that."
Both men were arrested in Montgomery County, where they'd arranged to meet these girls for sex. They're both sitting in the Montgomery County Prison.
