UPDATE:
Police in Dauphin County believe they caught the man who they say took photos up a woman's skirt with his cell phone while she was shopping.
Susquehanna Township Police took Matthew Hummel into custody Friday. Officers say they were called to the Gabriel Brothers store off Union Deposit Road on Sunday.
There had been a report that a man used a cell phone to take the pictures. When the woman confronted Hummel, he ran off.
This is not the first time Hummel was arrested for this type of incident. He was arrested earlier this year after exposing himself and masturbating at a Kohl’s in Cumberland County.

Police in Susquehanna Township are looking for a man wanted for reportedly taking photos up a female shoppers skirt.
Police say it happened around 6:15 Sunday night at the Gabriel brothers store off of Union deposit Road.
Susquehanna Township police say they were called to the store for a report that a man was using a cellphone to take photos up a female shopper's skirt.
Police say the shopper confronted the man and he ran out of the store. She told police he took off in a small, dark, colored 4-door car.
Police released a photo of the man they suspect took the photos.
He is described as a white male, approximately 5' 10" tall, around 250 pounds, and has short hair.
