On Friday evening, York Police obtained arrest warrants for Malcolm Bull and Shamar McCowin.
The charges are for the death of Edward Green, which occurred on November 6 in the early morning behind West Princess Street. Bull is already in York County Prison.
Police are looking for McCowin, who lives at 250 South Penn Street in York.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts are asked to call the York City Police Dept. at 717-846-1234 or Crime Stoppers at 717-755-TIPS. A cash reward may be offered to anyone with information that leads to the arrest of Shamar McCowin.
