A man and three teens are facing charges for two seperate mugging incidents Monday night.
Steffen Tidwell, of 129 North Penn Street in York was charged with robbery, simple assault and other charges.
The three teens were also arrested and charged as juveniles.
Edwin Emminger III, told police that he was robbed at the intersection of Madison and West Street by the man and teens unknown suspects.
Police are still investigating this incident, and any relation to other incidents in the area. If you have information, you are asked to call police.
