A Lancaster County man will enter a guilty plea after being accused of having inappropriate contact with a 9-year-old.
Police say that in 2008, Leonardo Garcia-Alicea, sexually assaulted and attempted to rape the child. The child is a relative of Garcia-Alicea.
He turned himself in to police in April, and faces several charges including attempted rape and corruption of minors.
