The Northern York County Regional Police Department responded to a report of shots fired at PR's Bar and Grill, on North George Street in Manchester Township.
Police were told a Hispanic male had been exchanging gunfire with another person. The man left the scene and ran towards an abandoned home and gas station.
Officers found Wally Emanuel Antonio-Cabrera, 32, of 67 North Franklin Street in York, laying in the weeds near the gas station.
Antonio-Cabrera was taken to Central booking for arraignment on several charges including; aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, tampering with physical evidence, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness.
Wally Emanuel Antonio-Cabrera age 32 of 67 North Franklin Street in York was transported to Central Booking to face arraignment on the following charges;
The other person who had been shooting is also described as a Hispanic male. He was last seen leaving the area of the bar with several others in a blue pick up truck with silver trim and large chrome wheels.
