Lower Paxton Twp. Police are investigating a reported home invasion robbery that occurred yesterday evening at about 10:00 PM in the 1100 block of Summerwood Dr. The female victim, who was home alone with her two small children, opened the door of the apartment to two males who claimed to know her boyfriend.
She was then assaulted by both subjects who struck her on the head and about the face and claimed to have a firearm although the victim never saw it. The two subjects ransacked the apartment and reportedly stole a video game system and game, cash and an iPhone. The victim was transported to the Pinnacle Health Community Campus Emergency Room by South Central EMS ambulance for treatment. One of the perpetrators was described as being a Black/Male and “heavy set” and the other as being either White or Hispanic and also “heavy set”. Both are to be in their late teens or early twenties.
