Arthur Bankus, 38, of Myerstown is facing hit and run and drug charges after a crash.
Bankus lost control of his car on Route 501, went off the side of the road and struck a PennDOT road sign, a MetEd utility pole, a tree and a mailbox.
He stopped his car and fled the scene.
Police responded to the scene and found a glass pipe containing burnt marijuana was found in Bankus' car.
Officers found Bankus at his home, and he confessed to driving the car and owing the pipe.
