Carlisle police are looking for 26-year-old Windsor Morda.
He's accused of threatening to kill 47-year-old Steven Spraglin while pointing a gun at him.
It happened Thursday evening around five in the Giant parking lot in the 200 block of South Spring Garden Street.
Morda has been charged with simple assault and terroristic threats.
