The governors mansion is fully in holiday mode.
The first lady gave a tour of the residence Monday, and it is all decked out. You can see the decorations as you pass by on 2nd Street.
But inside, is where the real magic is, and you can check it out on free tours open to the public.
From the trees, to the train, the chesnuts in the corner, to the menorah. Holiday spirits are high at the Governor's residence.
First Lady Susan Corbett said each tree has a theme, based on Pennsylvania's holiday traditions. The themes pay tribute to different cultures and traditions celebrated in the state.
The tree in the office the Governor works at from home pays tribute to his Irish decent, with the colors of the flag and Holly.
Everyone who visits is encouraged to sign a card that will be sent or hand delivered to a PA Veteran.
The first tours were held on Monday, and there will be more on Tuesday December 4 and Wednesday December 5. There will also be tours next week on Monday, December 10 through Wednesday December 12.
