Governor Tom Corbett has ordered all U.S. and Pennsylvania flags in the Capitol Complex and at commonwealth facilities statewide to fly at half-staff on Friday, Dec. 7.
The flags will be flown at half-staff in honor of Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day.
The Dec. 7, 1941 surprise attack on Pearl Harbor killed 2,403 Americans and led the United States to enter World War II.
