On Wednesday evening around 5 p.m., a 12-year-old boy was walking approached by a man in a van near the intersection of Hazel and Chestnut Streets.
The van, white in color with black rear doors, had covered side windows and the license plate was reportedly falling off. The man asked the child if he wanted candy.
The child said no and began walking home. The van followed the child until he reached his house.
The child described the driver as a black male, very very tall, 30-40 years old and was wearing a red shirt and black pants.
