On Thursday, Walmart reported to Ephrata Police that four men took numerous electronics from the store around 4 a.m.

The suspects took computers, TVs and gaming systems and then took off out a fire exit. The total value of the stolen items was almost $5,000.

These four suspects are believed to be the same men involved in similar thefts from Walmarts in the area.

Also, sometime between Wednesday evening and Thursday morning, 11 vehicles were entered into.

Numerous items were stolen or moved from the cars, which were parked on Washington Avenue, Lincoln Avenue, East Main Street and Gregg Circle. Those items stolen included GPS’s, digital cameras, tools and CD’s.

The total value of the items stolen was over $1,500.

Ephrata Police are also looking into a report from Weis Markets about an employee stealing cigarettes from the store over a period of several months.

Each of these thefts are still under investigation.
