A Perry County grandmother will spend up to six years in prison for a high speed crash that killed her three young grandchildren.
Laurie Hatfield sought house arrest after pleading no contest to vehicular homicide for the 2010 crash in Middle Paxton Township, Dauphin County.
State Police said Hatfield sped away from another crash at 100 mph when her car went off an embankment.
Her grandchildren, two year old twins and a five year old boy, were all killed.
Toxicology results revealed Hatfield had taken Methadone.
