PITTSBURGH (AP) — A Pittsburgh baby born on 12-12-12 arrived 12 days early to get his once-in-a-lifetime birthdate.
Mother Laura Carroll says her son, Declan George, was due on Christmas Eve but was instead born early Wednesday morning at Magee-Womens Hospital.
Carroll tells WTAE-TV (http://bit.ly/VZNi4M ) she was excited when she found out her son would be born on the once-a-century date.
Little Declan didn't hit the lottery the way a few other babies did on Wednesday. At least five newborns came into the world at 12:12.
