UPDATE:
State Police have released the name of the woman who died in a crash on Route 234 in Tyrone Township Thursday afternoon.
Charlene Osmolski, 45 of Biglerville, was pronounced dead at the scene.
She was driving west on Route 234 when she crossed the center line and left the roadway, striking a utility pole. After impact, her Dodge Dakota struck a wire fence and ended up in a field.
She was wearing a seat belt and both air bags deployed.
Police are continuing to investigate to see if she may have suffered a medical episode before the crash.

A woman was killed in a one-car accident in the 700 block of Route 234, also known as East Berlin Road, in Huntington Township on Thursday.
The woman, who has not been identified, crashed her car around 445 p.m. Thursday afternoon.
According to the Evening Sun, the woman lost control of her car, went through a fence and struck a utility pole.
Crews working in the area kept the roads closed for several hours.
