On December 16, Susquehanna Township Police were called to a report of a burglary alarm at "Your Place Restaurant" on Kohn Road.
When police arrived, officers began checking the business and heard someone running through the wooded area next to the restaurant.
Officers went to look in the woods, and found items that had been taken from inside the restaurant. Soon after, they found a man in all black clothing, a mask and gloves hiding in the woods.
Francis Patrick Laganella, 52, of the 500 Block of Curtain Street, Harrisburg was arrested. He was charged with burglary, loitering and prowling at night, possession of instruments of a crime, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Laganella who was already on State Parole, was arraigned at Dauphin County Night court and taken to Dauphin County Prison with $20,000 bail.
