Crews were called to an accident around 3:48 p.m on Wednesday at Route 72 and North Cornwall Road.
A 1998 Audi sedan driven by Sara J. Young, 18, of Lebanon was southbound on Route 72 waiting for oncoming traffic to turn left onto North Cornwall Road, when she was hit from behind by a 1999 Chrysler minivan driven by Joanna Lewis, 57, of Harrisburg.
The impact caused Young's car into the northbound lane where it collided with a 2008 Mazda driven by Allison E. Gettler, 27, of Lebanon.
Young was not injured, but a passenger in her car, Skylar J. Krause, 17, of Lebanon was taken to Hershey Medical Center. Lewis, and a passenger in her van, Cornelius Cunningham, 60, were taken to Lancaster General Hospital. Gettler was not injured.
