Today around 10:30am East Lampeter Township officers arrested 19 year old George Dower-Hinton Jr in the 500 block of South Duke Street in Lancaster.
He is being charged with the homicide of Jeffrey Brent that happened on December 9th in the parking lot of the Budget host Inn on Lincoln Highway.
After an investigation, police determined that Dower-Hinton got into an altercation with Brent in the parking lot and stabbed him, which resulted in his death.
