Just after 4:00 on Saturday afternoon Lebanon City Police were called to Good Samaritan Emergency Room for a gunshot victim. 23-year-old Faben Seguinot of Cumberland, Rhode Island had a gunshot wound on his finger, say police.
According to police, Seguinot would not let them take pictures of the injury and provided very few details. He first told police it happened somewhere on Cumberland Street, then said it happened somewhere in an alley. He wouldn't cooperate during an interview and told police he wasn't a "snitch", refusing to give any more information. His injury is not life threatening.
