Governor Corbett joins volunteers to give back to those in need

In Lancaster County, Governor Tom Corbett and hundreds of volunteers spent their day handing out boxes of food to the less fortunate.

The 26th annual food distribution project gave away boxes full of turkey, vegetables, fruit and more at Clipper Magazine Stadium.

“This truly shows Pennsylvania's concern for their less fortunate citizens, particularly at a very blessed time of year,” commented Governor Corbett.

This year, over 1,000 people will have Christmas Dinner thanks to the annual food distribution project.
