UPDATE: Police have all four Lancaster stabbing suspects in custody

Police in Lancaster have now arrested a third person for a stabbing that happened several weekends ago in the city. But one more is still on the loose.

This is an attack that police are calling cowardly and very violent. The fourth person they are looking for is considered dangerous.

The three suspects police have arrested so far are Andrea Brown, Dynell Brown and Kristen Mitchell. They are still looking for Frank Lamar Brown.

The stabbing happened around 3:00 a.m. Sunday morning right in front of a restaurant on the 200 block of W. King Street. Police say there was some sort of fight that broke out after the victim was approached by a large group.

The man who was stabbed was 33-year-old and unarmed. Police say he was attacked by many in the group.

He was taken to the hospital after being stabbed in the torso and he had cuts to the head and neck. He is expected to live.

"My message to him would be, you'd be wise to turn yourself in,” urged Lancaster City Police Lt. Todd Umstead. “It's just a matter of time. We have three of four. Now we have even more people and time and resources just going after you. So we will find Frank Lamar Brown and we will bring this to a resolution.”

Andrea Brown became the second person to be arrested in the stabbing that occurred on King Street.

Lancaster City Police have identified several people who were involved in the Sunday morning stabbing.

The assault involved numerous suspects, both men and women, who went after the victim specifically. Investigators learned the victim was swarmed by a large group, who kicked, punched and chased him, along with stabbing him in the torso.

The victim suffered lacerations to his head and neck along with his stab wound.

Warrants were obtained for four individuals who are suspects in the assault.

Dynell Brown, 22 of Leola, Frank Brown, 27 of Lancaster, Kristen Mitchell, 29 of Lancaster and Andrea Brown, 29 of York were all charged. Each face charges of aggravated assault, criminal conspiracy and riot, all felonies.

Brown was stopped around 4 p.m. during a traffic stop near his home and taken into custody. He is awaiting arraignment.

The investigation into the assault on W. King Street is on-going, and investigators are following up on other leads. Investigators are working to identify additional suspects and determine their roles in the assault, with the possibility that additional suspects will be charged as they are identified.

Investigators are seeking help from the public in locating the three suspects wanted in this case. Anyone with information on their whereabouts or with information regarding this investigation is asked to contact the Lancaster City Bureau of Police at 735-3300. Callers do not have to provide their names to give information.

In Lancaster County, police are trying to track down the person accused in a weekend stabbing.

It happened early Sunday morning in the 200 block of West King Street.

A man was sent to the hospital with serious injuries and so far police have not made any arrests. They need some help.

Rendezvous Sandwich Shop has been there for 50 years. Darlene Baker has worked there for forty of those years and says this street is not what it used to be.

"The neighborhood has changed. The people were a lot quieter,” stated Baker. “You don't have the bad stuff of the streets that you do now. It's the neighborhood mostly. Most people are afraid to come into the neighborhood late at night."
