It's coming down to the wire, leaving students wondering what's coming up after the winter break.

Education officials say the Universities will remain open. Even if a strike happens, students will be expected to report to class because individual teachers may choose to continue teaching.
Students with on-campus work-study jobs would also need to still report to work.
If a student works for a faculty member who's not at work, the student should report to the Dean's Office.
