Jerry Sandusky is expected to appear at the Centre County Courthouse today for the beginning of his appeals process.
The hearing will focus on a set of legal challenges filed by his lawyers over how he was tried and convicted, including that the defense didn't have enough time to prepare, due to being swamped by a deluge of prosecution materials.
Judge John Cleland issued an order last week for County Deputies to bring Sandusky to the hearing.
Sandusky is serving a 30 to 60 year state prison sentence after being convicted of 45 counts of child sexual abuse.
The 68-year-old maintains his innocence.
CBS 21 will be in Bellefonte for today's hearing.
