1) Harassment, 1:19 a.m. August 22, 2012, 3200 Block Oregon Pike (MT) – A citation for harassment was filed against Jeremy T. Alston M/31 of Oregon Pike, Leola, following a domestic disturbance with his wife at their residence at 1:19 a.m. Aug 22, 2012.
2) Fleeing and Eluding, 12:24 a.m. August 21, 2012, Columbia Avenue (LT) – At 12:24 a.m. August 21, 2012, a Manheim Township officer attempted to stop a vehicle on Columbia Ave for a traffic violation. The vehicle fled from the officer, who pursued the vehicle for a short while before discontinuing for safety reasons. The vehicle was later found involved in a crash in the city. Kreig D. Toney M/27 of West Lemon St, Lancaster, has been charged with Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer, Reckless Driving, Driving Under Suspension, and several stop sign violations. 3) PFA Violation (LT) – On August 21, 2012, Travis S. Martin M/30, No Address, was charged with Indirect Criminal Contempt after he contacted his ex-girlfriend in violation of a Protection from Abuse Order. He was taken into custody at 8:15 p.m. and turned over to Central Booking for arraignment.
4) Warrant Arrest, 10:11 a.m. August 21, 2012, Columbia Avenue (LT) – Matthew G. Spaccarelli M/33 of Manor St, Lancaster, was arrested on an outstanding Delaware County warrant after he was stopped on Columbia Ave at 10:11 a.m. August 21, 2012. He was turned over to the Lancaster County Prison.
5) Theft from Vehicle, Parkside Avenue (LT) – A DVD player was taken from the dashboard of a vehicle parked overnight Aug 20-21, 2012, in the first block of Parkside Ave. The vehicle was entered through a previously damaged window. Loss $500.
6) Theft (MT) – A criminal complaint has been filed against Eric C. Stirling M/30 of Eden Rd, Lancaster, for Theft. On July 14, 2012, East Lampeter Twp Police found Stirling in possession of a license plate which had been stolen from Eden Tire & Automotive, 1713 New Holland Ave, sometime between June 29 and July 9, 2012. The complaint was filed before MDJ David Miller.
7) False ID to Law Enforcement (MT) – A criminal complaint has been filed against Keshon S. Cherry M/31 of South Marshall St, Lancaster. On July 29, 2012, Cherry was stopped for a traffic violation on York Rd. During the stop, he provided a false name to the officer, and a small amount of marijuana and an open container of alcohol were found in his possession. He has been charged with False ID to Law Enforcement, Possession of Marijuana, Restrictions on Alcoholic Beverages, Driving Under Suspension, and a traffic violation. The complaint was filed before MDJ David Miller.
8) Receiving Stolen Property, 1:15 a.m. August 22, 2012, 100 Block Rider Avenue (LT) – Anthony Diaz M/18 of South Queen St, Lancaster, was arrested after he was stopped in the 100 Blk of Rider Ave at 1:15 a.m. Aug 22, 2012, while operating a vehicle that had been reported stolen to the Lancaster Police on Aug 12, 2012. He was charged with Receiving Stolen Property and Driving Under Suspension, and turned over to Central Booking for arraignment.
