Police say 20-year-old Shawn Bilkovsky and 18-year-old Anthony Lostraglio were arrested in Michigan for a retail theft.
After investigating police say the car they were driving was stolen from South Middleton Township.
State Police in Carlisle say the men broke into at least eight unlocked vehicles in the 100 and 200 block of Meals Drive earlier this week.
Police say the men also committed several thefts during their drive from Pa to Michigan.
