Lloyd McCord, 59, of Lower Allen Township is facing trespassing charges.
On February 4, West Shore Regional Police Officers were called to G.A. Smith Towing at 48 South Third Street in Lemoyne for a report of an unruly customer.
Officers learned McCord had been asked to leave the property earlier in the day. He was told not to come back to the property. Officers were called for the first report, and were also called when he returned to the property in the afternoon.
McCord was cited for defiant trespass and released.
