A Berks County man is facing charges after he was caught spying on women through a cellphone camera.
Caleb Anthony Seip, 24, of Wyomissing, was charged with two counts of invasion of privacy.
Police say Seip admitted to secretly setting up his cellphone camera to record women as they were changing clothes between performances at the Ephrata Performing Arts Center.
The two incidents both happened in December 2012.
Seip admitted to intentionally setting up the camera in an interview with Ephrata Police Officers.
