One person has died after a fatal crash occurred around 130 p.m. on Wednesday.
A red, 1996 ford Escort was traveling eastbound on Route 22/322 when it struck the center median, crossed over the highway and went down an embankment and struck a sound wall before coming to rest between the wall and a guard rail.
The car had automatic seat belts, and the shoulder belt was on but the lap belt was not snapped in.
The driver, who was the only person in the vehicle, was pronounced dead.
State Police are continuing their investigation.
