Carl Biter, 29, of North Union Street, and David Cucullo, 28, of Lawrence St., are both charged with four counts of recklessly endangering, four counts of arson with explosive, four counts of criminal mischief, one count of attempted criminal mischief, one count of disorderly conduct, four counts of possessing explosive/incendiary material, 2 counts of risking a catastrophe, and three counts of criminal conspiracy.
Cucillo was arrested by Saturday and arraigned before Magisterial District Judge David Judy. Cuccillo was committed to Dauphin County Prison in lieu of $150,000 bail.
Biter is expected to be arraigned this afternoon at Judge Judy’s office.
The cases will be prosecuted in Dauphin County Court by District Attorney Ed Marsico's office.
