UPDATE:
Police have filed charges in the shooting that occurred on Saturday at 220 a.m.
Police have charged 21-yr-old Victor Hernandez from Lebanon with criminal attempt to commit homicide, aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering and persons not to possess a firearm.
Hernandez is from Lebanon, however his current location is unknown. The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information on the incident or Hernandez's location is asked to contact the Lebanon City Police or Crime Stoppers.

Lebanon City Police were called to the area of 5th and Guilford streets around 2:20 Saturday morning to for a report of shots fired. Witnesses said they heard up to four shots, but police found no injured persons or shell casings around the area.
About an hour later they were called to the ER for a gunshot victim. The victim, a 20-year old male from Brooklyn, NY, was shot in the knee and said it happened during an argument in the area of the shots fired. He said he was in Lebanon visiting family.
Anyone with information about this is asked to call Lebanon City Police or Crimestoppers.
