A joint intelligence bullentin issued by the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security states:
"The risk of violence could increase both here and abroad as this film continues to gain attention."
The film titled "Innocence of Muslims" discredits Islam's founder the prophet Mohammed. Some groups are angry with the message and are taking it out on Americans.
Thus creating concern here on American soil that a major act of violence could happen.
But those we spoke in the area say, since 9/11, they are always on alert.
Lionel Hernandez, Harrisburg:
"America has to be alert, anytime it could happen, when Bin Laden did that I understood why I was in Vietnam."

The chief told us his officers have undergone more intese and disciplined training that is focused on controling riots.
Meanwhile, Secretary of State Hiliary Clinton says global situations are being monitored and issued a statement that the United States had nothing to do with the film and called it disgusting and reprehensible.
