A man is behind bars in York County, accused of pulling the trigger in an early morning shooting.
Police say a woman was shot in the face in the 200 block of Union Street in York following an argument.
We're told authorities tracked down and arrested their suspect, 23-year-old Shan Mehaffie, just outside the city limits.
He faces several charges including attempted homicide.
Officials say the victim was treated at an area hospital and released.
