On Sunday, a loaded semi-trailer was stolen from a parking lot on Church Road in Manchester Township.
The trailer was loaded with two metal rollers used in the manufacturing of paper products. The rollers were to be taken to Wisconsin.
Each is valued at $100,000 and one was packaged in a wooden crate. The load was covered with a red tarp.
The metal rollers are internally pressurized and cutting or tampering with them could result in the pressurized portion exploding.
The investigation into these thefts continues. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Northern York County Regional Police Department at 717-292-3647.
