A West Chester teen faces charges after he tried to assault a campus safety security officer at York College.
Thomas Wells, 18, was on campus at 119 a.m. on October 7 when campus security investigated two students who were believed to be drinking while underage. During the investigation, Wells, who was one of the students, attempted to kick a campus security officer as he was escorted froma dorm room.
As a result, Wells was charged with selling alcoholic beverages to minors, purchasing alcohol and harassment.
