From West Hempfield Township Police:
On March 26, 2012, Police received a report of possible child abuse. It was allegedly reported that on March 21st 2012, Juke became upset with his 11yr old son and used a power cord to instill discipline.
Upon investigation, Police discovered serious marks on the child. From there, a series (of) interviews took place, leading Police to file one count of: Simple Assault (M-1) on Juke.
Charges were filed on 10/15/12 before Judge Herman. During one interview, Juke told police; being from Africa, this type of discipline is permitted in his culture.
