A York County couple is celebrating their sixty year anniversary. The interesting twist is the back story of how the couple got married.
"I Sam, take thee Barbara.” Samuel Keller and his wife Barbara were picked to tie the knot on the CBS show "The Bride and Groom Show" back in the fifties.
The couple says they applied while Sam was serving in Guam during the Korean War. He was brought right home to Wrightsville and then taken to New York City.
"We go to New York and two days ahead of time and they wined and dined us, took us out to Yankee Stadium for a baseball game, we had thirty people come up from Wrightsville to watch the ceremony," Samuel Keller exclaimed.
Both are living happily together, looking forward to their next anniversary.
