The so-called Panty Bandit has struck again at the Victoria Secret Store at the Park City Mall in Lancaster
The robbers struck sometime betweennoon and 2:00 in the afternoon on Friday. The suspects stole about 50 pairs of panties worth about $1,000. Each pair sells for $22.
Nothing was caught on surveillance video. This is not the first time this story has been targeted by thieved. It’s happened numerous times over the past couple years. And police have been trying to help the story with security advice.

“Anybody that has am easily concealed item – a small item – that has a high value is going to be a likely target for shop lifting.” said Todd Umstead of the Lancaster Police Department.
The store manager noticed the thefts during an inventory check.
