On Sunday around 10 p.m., Susquehanna Township Police responded to a report of a man entering parked vehicles.
When they arrived to the 500 block of North 30th Street, they found a man inside a car parked along the vehicle, going through the car.
The man tried to walk away, but was stopped by an officer. Witnesses identified Thomas Harvey Jr., 42 of Harrisburg, as the suspect.
Harvey entered several vehicles in the area and stole items from them. Harvey also had a stolen cell phone that was taken from a car last week.
Harvey was charged with theft, theft from motor vehicles and public drunkenness. He was arraigned and placed in Dauphin County Prison on $50,000 bail.
