Dauphin County Commissioners released their proposed budget for 2013 Wednesday morning.
Good news for residents, a tax hike is not part of their plan for the eighth year in a row. Other budget highlights include Dauphin County proposed to cut spending by over three million dollars next year.
The budget also allows for two percent pay raises for non-union county employees and includes $7.6 million to put towards Harrisburg's incinerator debt, a check the county is hoping it won't have to write.
